Balboa Bakery is a bakery that has served residents and visitors to Balboa Island for over 40 years. Mark and Lynda, Orange County natives, purchased the bakery in 2022, with the intention of honoring its heritage while adding their flair and love of foods to it. 8. Richard Walker’s Breakfast
Richard Walker’s Pancake House serves up a filling breakfast in San Diego at its fourth location. Owner Richard Walker Jr. is famous for his signature pancakes as well as creating both sweet and savory gourmet crepes that delight his customers.
